The Partnership for Agriculture-Welfare Collaboration
The School of Roses, known as Nakai Rose Farm, has established a business alliance with the Rehabilitation Support Center, marking the third collaboration between agriculture and welfare at Bara no Gakko.
This partnership aligns with Bara no Gakko’s key policy of promoting agriculture-welfare collaboration and aims to create opportunities that match the interests and abilities of individuals.
Edible Rose Cultivation and the Tsunagaru Academy
During the edible rose season, which extends until October, a dedicated team of 3 to 5 individuals, including staff from the Tsunagaru Academy, engage in daily cultivation activities at the edible rose field located in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The Yamagata Prefectural Agriculture and Welfare Collaboration Promotion Center, operating under the Welfare Division for Persons with Disabilities, Health and Welfare Department, provided support for this collaboration.

Empowering Through Agriculture-Welfare Collaboration
