Angeles embarked on her journey with the Jollibee Group in 2006 as the HR Manager for Jollibee Worldwide Services, becoming an integral part of its pioneering leadership team. Subsequently, she assumed a pivotal role in leading Red Ribbon Philippines’ HR function, ensuring cohesion during a challenging business turnaround period.
Her outstanding contributions led to her appointment as HR Head of Jollibee Philippines, where she played a key role in a culture transformation that contributed to significant sales and store network growth.
Today, Angeles leads both the Regional HR team in the Philippines and the Global Organization, Leadership, and Culture team concurrently.
A Visionary Leader
In her role as the Regional HR Head for the Philippines, Angeles is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of HR programs, systems, and processes. She also focuses on building a robust talent pipeline to sustain organizational growth in the region.
Simultaneously, Angeles is at the helm of driving a global cultural transformation across JFC’s Business Units and functions, utilizing strategies such as learning and development, organizational development, and employee engagement.
