Our Editorial Standards
This document sets out the editorial standards and procedures applied to all content published by THX News™. These standards govern sourcing, verification, attribution, correction, and editorial judgment, and apply regardless of topic, region, or publication format.
Editorial Process and Oversight
Reporting begins with primary source material, including official documents, public statements, and original records. Draft content is reviewed through a defined editorial workflow in which editors assess accuracy, sourcing, context, and attribution prior to publication.
Technology may be used to assist with research, summarisation, and workflow management. Editorial responsibility remains with human editors, who are accountable for the final published content.
Accuracy and Corrections
Accuracy is a core editorial requirement. All reasonable steps are taken to verify factual claims prior to publication, including cross-referencing sources and reviewing supporting data.
When errors are identified, corrections are made promptly and transparently in accordance with the THX News Corrections Policy. Corrections are treated as a normal and necessary part of responsible publishing.
Impartiality and Sourcing
THX News presents information with impartiality. Reporting is based on clearly identified sources, and care is taken to represent source material accurately and in context.
Sources are disclosed wherever possible. Additional context or documentation may be included to help readers understand the origin and significance of reported information.
Reader Notifications
Readers who believe published content contains an error may notify the editorial team using the Contact Us page. Submissions are reviewed in line with established editorial and corrections procedures.
