At COMPUTEX 2025, NVIDIA unveiled an expanded Isaac platform—including GR00T N1.5, GR00T-Dreams, and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell systems—designed to empower the next generation of humanoid robots with scalable, cloud-to-robot AI infrastructure.

Isaac GR00T: A Leap Toward Intelligent Robots

NVIDIA’s latest foundation model, Isaac GR00T N1.5, is a significant advancement in robotic reasoning and motion skills.

This new model was trained in just 36 hours using synthetic motion data generated through GR00T-Dreams, a new blueprint that creates diverse, task-specific humanoid behaviors with minimal input.

Unlike traditional methods that rely on costly, time-consuming real-world data collection, GR00T-Dreams leverages NVIDIA Cosmos and Hugging Face integrations to produce training videos and extract “action tokens”—efficient data units that help robots adapt to dynamic environments.

This pipeline dramatically shortens the development cycle for robotics teams and allows for quicker iteration across factory and household tasks.

Blackwell-Powered Workstations and Simulation Tools

Humanoid development also benefits from the latest NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 workstations and RTX PRO servers, powered by Blackwell architecture.

These systems offer up to 18× faster training and data generation performance, supporting everything from behavior modeling to real-time testing.

The NVIDIA Isaac Sim 5.0 and Isaac Lab 2.2 frameworks further support simulation and validation, reducing physical prototyping needs and risk.

They integrate seamlessly with Cosmos Reason and Predict WFMs—AI systems capable of generating highly accurate and customizable synthetic data environments.

Robotics Leaders Adopt NVIDIA Isaac Platform

Global robotics companies are already implementing these tools to fast-track innovation:

  • Boston Dynamics, XPENG Robotics, and NEURA Robotics are training their humanoids with Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab.

  • Foxlink and Lightwheel use GR00T models to improve manipulator flexibility in factories.

  • AeiRobot applies GR00T N1.5 to execute natural language-driven pick-and-place tasks.

This momentum shows broad industry alignment with NVIDIA’s modular approach to physical AI infrastructure.

What Sets NVIDIA’s Platform Apart

  • Scalable AI Stack: Seamlessly connects data generation, model training, and real-time deployment.

  • Accessible Toolchain: Open availability on Hugging Face and GitHub fosters broader experimentation and adoption.

These capabilities combine to address the robotics industry’s long-standing data bottlenecks and reduce barriers for developers.

From Simulation to Reality: The Cloud-to-Robot Pipeline

With Hugging Face hosting the open-source GR00T N models and synthetic datasets, developers can download, fine-tune, and deploy foundation models with ease.

Meanwhile, Jetson Thor, NVIDIA’s upcoming on-device AI system, brings low-latency inference directly to robot hardware—closing the loop between cloud training and real-world execution.

Moreover, systems manufacturers like Cisco, Dell, and Supermicro are releasing NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell-powered servers, enabling enterprise-scale robotics pipelines with centralized AI performance.

A Unified Future for Physical AI

NVIDIA’s comprehensive platform marks a pivotal moment in the industrialization of humanoid robotics. By linking powerful simulation environments with efficient model training and scalable deployment options, the company is paving a practical path for physical AI to flourish across industries.

Further Reading and Exploration

For developers and companies exploring humanoid robotics, NVIDIA’s Isaac platform offers a flexible foundation for rapid innovation.

Access models and resources via Hugging Face, or explore simulation environments on GitHub to begin experimenting with next-gen robot development.
